济南黄岗路黄河隧道通车，济南籍9座（含）以下小客车免费通行_我的网站

A |           　　8月25日，济南黄岗路黄河隧道建成通车。作为世界最大直径水下盾构隧道、国内首条单洞双层穿黄盾构隧道，项目同步推出惠民政策，济南籍9座及以下小客车可免费通行，为两岸市民再添通勤利好。

B |     (ECNS) -- An AI-powered “flying life ring” capable of autonomously reaching people in the water, keeping them afloat and returning to shore was demonstrated Aug. 6 at Xianghu Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province.    Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian recently shared footage of the device on social media, calling it technology that could help save lives.    During the drill, the orange ring flew from shore to a person in the water, shut down its propellers after landing, provided buoyancy, then took off again and returned to its starting point. Developed by Hangzhou police, the device uses autonomous navigation.    Other equipment demonstrated included drones that can drop inflatable life rings and an unmanned rescue boat that works with a drone to locate and bring people back to shore. Hangzhou police said the technologies are intended to shorten critical response times in water emergencies.    (By Intern Yang Hongran, Zhang Dongfang)                    。      　　当天，记者在北岸收费站看到，收费道口标识清晰醒目，“济南籍9座(含)以下小客车免费通道”的标牌整齐布设，首批社会车辆在工作人员引导下有序驶入隧道。     　　至此，济南已有黄河济泺路隧道、黄河凤凰大桥、黄河大桥新桥、黄河齐鲁大桥、黄岗路黄河隧道等多条跨黄通道执行济南籍小客车免费政策。

C | 据了解，黄岗路黄河隧道南起蓝翔中路，北接国道G309互通立交，全长约5755米，采用单洞双层双向布置，设计时速60公里。

D |      　　该隧道通车后，进一步加密了跨黄通道网络，对促进两岸经济交流、加快新旧动能转换起步区建设、提升省会辐射带动能力具有重要意义。
